Shipping, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Shipping:

It takes 2-3 working days to make the product and next 4-5 working days for the delivery depending on your address location. Working days – Monday to Friday. Tracking details are auto-Email to you once the parcel is shipped.

Kindly note : The courier company is just a third party service that we use to ship the products. The shipping operation is entirely carried by courier service, so incase of any delays due to courier service internal matter we won’t be able to take any action. All tracking updates will be communicated to you via courier service

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.

Cancellation Policy:

For Cancellations please contact us at madhechi.mk@gmail.com Items can be canceled within 2 days if the delivery is not yet processed by MADHECHI.

Refund Policy:

An item can be returned within 5-days once it’s received by the customer provided the item is unused and unworn. The only exception is for all Personalized items, Free Gifts, or SALE items – these items are FINAL SALE ONLY.

To process a return/exchange:

Email us at madhechi22@gmail.com with your order id, images of the products with packaging and tags.

Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in the original packaging by MADHECHI.

Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Please follow the below steps for return

Step 1 : Pack the product you wish to return in its original packaging along with box and invoice.

STEP 3: Sharing the tracking number with us on this email

Once we receive the parcel back at our office, the product will be invigilated for damages if any.
If the product is in its original condition, then a refund will be initiated to you online.
