Return
Return Condition:
- Customised Products: Returns are not accepted for customised products unless there is customisation error from our side.
- Non-Customised Products: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to decide if an item is right for you.
- Free Gifts or SALE items are not eligible for return.
- The courier charges for returns will be borne by the customer.
Please be sure that all items that are to be returned must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Items that are damaged or altered, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
How to Return:
Step 1: Email us your order id and reason for returning the product.
Step 2: Pack the product you wish to return in its original packaging along with box and invoice.
Step 3: Ship the parcel to our office address:

STEP 4: Sharing the tracking number with us on this email – madhechi22@gmail.com along with your order id
Once we receive the parcel back at our office, the product will be invigilated for damages if any.
If the product is in its original condition, then a refund will be initiated.
Refunds
Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to the same payment account you used for the original purchase within 3 business days. It may take 5-6 working days for the payment to reflect in your account.
In case of COD payments, payments will be sent via IMPS/Gpay/Paytm/Phonepe.
